Welcome, I am Nicky, if you have been thinking you would like to talk, to get some extra support, but you have not known where to start, then good news, you are in the right place! Some years ago, following some major life events, I decided I needed some support with life’s difficulties, so I landed on a website just like this to find a counsellor who I hoped could help me. It changed my life forever. Not least of all because I decided to retrain to give others the same help.

I believe in therapy which leaves you in the driving seat. I haven’t met you yet so how could I possibly be the expert on your life? My role will be to support you as you explore the difficulties you are having. Being heard and really understood can be truly life changing.
